MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.

Measurement of quantities and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQ).

Evaluation of subcontractor and supplier bids.
-
Monitoring project costs, variations, and cash flows.

Preparation of interim valuations, progress certificates, and final accounts.

Contract review and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Support in the procurement process and sending/receiving quotations from suppliers/subcontractors.

Preparation of cost reports and financial updates for management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- 3 years of experience in the construction sector in a similar position.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying principles, contracts, and cost control procedures.
- Ability to prepare BOQs, measurements, and final accounts.
- Understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Understanding and ability to adapt construction processes with the aim of continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
