On behalf of our Client, a well-established and very well-known Construction Group of companies, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to be based in Limassol. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing monthly payment applications to the Client.

Preparing Final Accounts.

Preparing contractual claims in collaboration with the project supervision team.

Preparing subcontract agreements.
-
Monitoring and preparing payment certificates for subcontractors.
-
Performing other duties related to the standard practice of the quantity surveying profession, including providing support to the Project Management team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with experience in quantity surveying.

Minimum of 2 plus years' relevant experience.

Good knowledge of contract administration.

Excellent command of both Greek and English.

Good computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
