MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
  • Assist in evaluating cash rebate applications, ensuring adherence to program guidelines, and identifying any discrepancies or financial risks.
  • Ensure the correctness of financial records, including working on the Funds Disbursement Sheets reconciliation process. Assist with financial reviews and monitoring program expenditures.
  • Support the enforcement of program regulations and policies, ensuring that all activities comply with applicable financial regulations and public funding guidelines.
  • Engage effectively with film producers, industry professionals, and government agencies to provide updates and address any questions related to the rebate program.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial and administrative reports. Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of all rebate-related activities.
  • Assist in the development and management of the Cash Rebate guidelines to strengthen the client’s reputation.
  • Maintain physical and electronic files regularly, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and the secure storage of all relevant documentation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the rebate policies and procedures, identifying areas for efficiency and enhanced service delivery.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong understanding of financial administration, including budgeting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while being adaptable to evolving industry needs.
