A leading Accounting & Advisory firm is searching for an experienced Reception/Administrator to join their team in Malta. You will report directly to the HR Officer and serve as a key function support to the firm by answering the telephone, greeting clients and undertaking an array of administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have at least a years’ experience in a similar role and be well-presented. There is also a possibility of the role expanding to take on PA duties. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing Front Desk and Reception tasks

Meeting and greeting clients and all visitors to ensure their needs are met, and expectations are exceeded, in a timely and a professional manner.

Maintaining client areas to the highest standard
-
Handling of Incoming & Outgoing Couriers, Taxi Bookings and Restaurant Bookings.

Monitoring of boardrooms to guarantee they are well kept and always replenished.

Handling of Administrative Stocks Procurement, negotiations and the respective process.

Petty Cash Management
-
Coordination of routine servicing schedules

Dealing with general administration work to support other departments and Partners.

Ownership and management of assigned tasks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Organised with good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
-
At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role

Excellent administrative skills and be looking to step into a PA role

Computer Literate and proficient use of Microsoft Office

Fluent in English

Minimum O Level Standard
