A long-standing and reputable legal firm based in the heart of Nicosia is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a well-organized Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will have previous working experience in a similar role and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the front office. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and greet guests professionally, ensuring a positive experience.

Escort visitors to the appropriate conference room, creating a welcoming environment.

Answer incoming phone calls promptly, courteously, and direct them appropriately.

Notify staff of visitor arrivals, delays, or cancellations.

Schedule and confirm appointments, whilst managing the office calendar efficiently.

Maintain a presentable reception area, ensuring a tidy and welcoming atmosphere.

Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring necessary equipment is available and refreshments are provided.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and dispatches, including sorting, distributing, and document scanning.

Assist with general administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, faxing, and filing.

Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

Assist the Facilities manager as required.

Demonstrate excellent teamwork and punctuality.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
1-3 years of relevant work experience.

Previous experience in a receptionist or front office/desk role is preferred.

Diploma in Secretarial studies or a university degree in a related field.

Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English is a must. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

Strong interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills, enabling professional interactions with clients and staff members at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Proven ability to maintain absolute discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
