DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting licensing processes across multiple jurisdictions within and outside the group

Contributing to the Compliance Monitoring Programme through reviews and regulatory checks

Drafting and enhancing policies, procedures, and internal documentation

Assisting with regulatory reporting and submissions

Staying ahead of regulatory developments and implementing necessary changes

Delivering compliance and AML training across the organisation

Providing AML guidance and maintaining relevant logs and documentation

Reviewing marketing materials to ensure regulatory compliance

Managing and documenting client complaints effectively

Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional team
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
-
At least 2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role

Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and reporting obligations

Exposure to international regulators such as Central Bank of Cyprus, FCA (UK), DFSA, SCA, VARA (UAE), or CIMA (Cayman Islands) will set you apart

Familiarity with MiCAR or global licensing processes is a plus

Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and tight deadlines

A sharp eye for detail and a proactive, analytical mindset

Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment

CySEC Advanced and/or AML certifications are advantageous
