A well-established global bank is working in partnership with GRS to recruit a Regulatory Reporting Officer to join their growing Limassol team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role, with fluency in both Greek and English. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources (banking systems) to generate comprehensive and accurate reports.

Prepare, review and submit the reports to the regulator in a timely manner.

Conduct thorough data review and address any findings to the respective Bank department.

Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and proactively adjust reporting processes.

Collaborate with the vendor and IT department to solve any technical issues and/or implement improvements in data extraction and reporting systems.

Maintain sufficient records, supporting documents and or communication with the regulator for audit purposes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous working experience of 2 years in the regulatory reporting field.

Fluent in Greek & English

Computer oriented – Proficiency in using reporting software.

Analytical skills, attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting

Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Effective communication skills to interact with technical and business teams.
