MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for SaaS and managed regulatory reporting solutions.
- Identify and win new business across financial and investment institutions.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle, from origination to onboarding and account growth.
- Analyse market trends, regulatory developments, and client data to uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Represent the company at industry events and contribute to brand visibility.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 7+ years’ B2B sales experience in FinTech or RegTech.
- Proven track record selling SaaS or managed services to financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, SFTR, and global reporting regimes.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Professional certifications (CFA, FRM, CISI) are advantageous.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, trading operations, and regulatory frameworks.
- Understanding of derivatives, FX, and other reportable financial instruments.
- Established industry network and ability to manage long, complex sales cycles.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, analytics tools (e.g., Power BI), and data-driven sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
