GRS Recruitment is working with a leading international iGaming organisation to recruit a Risk Agent (shifts) for its Limassol office. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process new customer account applications and KYC checks

Review and maintain customer account documentation

Monitor transactions for fraud, risk, and suspicious activity

Process customer deposits and withdrawals

Communicate with payment providers and support payment operations
-
Respond to customer queries professionally and efficiently
-
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Escalate complex cases where necessary
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
EU citizenship
-
Fluent English (written and spoken)
-
Strong attention to detail and good computer skills (Excel knowledge an advantage)

Previous experience in compliance, payments, risk, or operations is beneficial

Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts (5-day roster)
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€18,000 - €20,500 Gross Per Annum

Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
