MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Identify, assess and reduce risks across all business operations by monitoring and reporting risk exposures and provide recommendations for mitigation.

Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures, consistently ensuring adherence to laws, regulations and industry standards.

Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate controls.

Assess website routinely, identify potential concerns and present solutions to stakeholders.

Be an escalation point for law enforcement requests and data queries.

Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update policies accordingly.

Working with the tech and product team on new solutions to ensure the business maintains a gold standard.

Manage internal and external audits and address any compliance gaps.

Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees, providing guidance and support to management and staff on compliance issues.

Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and risk assessments.

Engaging and building relationships with third parties (such as NGOs) to promote our business safety.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
5+ years experience in risk management, compliance, or a related role. Experience in a digital/adult industry would be considered a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g. AML).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Any professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) would be a plus.

Fluency in English, Italian would be a plus.
