Join our dynamic team at a reputable Financial Services company based in Limassol as a Russian Speaking Back-Office Specialist. The successful candidate will execute and confirm derivative trades (forwards, futures, options, swaps) with a minimum 1 year of securities back-office experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute and confirm derivative trades (forwards, futures, options, swaps)

Reconcile internal records with counterparties

Oversee settlements via Central Counterparties (CCPs)

Monitor and manage margin obligations

Prepare regulatory reports (EMIR, MiFIR) and maintain internal records

Process corporate actions and reflect changes in underlying instruments (e.g., dividends, splits)

Coordinate with trading, risk, and IT teams
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

Minimum 1 year of securities back-office experience

Practical experience with derivatives (must be stated in cover letter)

Willingness to obtain Cyprus certification within 3 months

Strong English communication skills (B2+ level)

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling high data volumes

Proficient in MS Office

Proactive team player able to work in a fast-paced environment
