The successful candidate must be a native or fluent speaker of Russian and must have previous working experience in a Compliance role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate carefully potential clients and banking institutions

Evaluate potential clients' sources of wealth through detailed financial and document analysis.

Create detailed economic profiles of existing and potential clients.
-
Prepare documents for licensing applications in different jurisdictions. Read, understand, and ensure that the documents received are the appropriate ones or request equivalent documents to support the applications.

Monitor and optimize the firm's AML policies and compliance manuals to foster regulatory integrity.

Conduct thorough risk-based analysis for a range of corporate structures including trusts, funds, and company’s instruments, overall.

Manage records of high-risk clients and report any suspicious activities in accordance with compliance protocols.

Conduct KYC verification process for physical persons, legal entities and counterparties

Conduct evaluations for MiFID client categorization and ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Perform diligent AML screenings and monitor against all sanction lists.

Conduct monitoring of clients’ transactions and ensure that they are in compliance with economic profiles and do not violate sanctions

Compare electronic data with data provided in the original form and ensure consistency.

Ensure meticulous filing systems are maintained.

Deal with the annual reviews

Support the HOC with the implementation of the Company's Compliance Monitoring Program according to the CySEC Compliance Guidelines.

Implement daily, ad-hoc or long-term tasks/projects, assigned by the HOC.

Ensure clear and concise communication between the Compliance Department and other departments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University degree in Law, Finance or in any other relevant field
-
Holder of CySEC Advance certificate or readiness to pass the qualification within a specified timeframe. AML Certification will be considered an advantage.

3-5 years of previous working experience in a Compliance role within a Brokerage Firm, Financial Services or in any other relevant industry.

Native or fluent Russian speaker with excellent command of the English language.
