A family office with various investments that are part of a wider group of companies are working with GRS to recruit a PA & Office Administrator in Paphos. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and be fluent in Russian.   • Planning the Directors working day and scheduling it
  • Management of office work for Director
  • Take incoming calls and letters for Director
  • Conduct negotiations for the Director
  • Translations of documents from English to Russian
  • Preparation of internal and external meetings
  • Ensure office is fully stocked with resources, and is always ready for operation
  • Preparing and controlling office expenses
  • Maintaining the maintenance and operations of the office and keep in contact with relevant parties to ensure this
  • Organisation of trips
  • Maintaining schedule of annual leave
  • Keeping minutes of office meetings
  • Prepare office for closure
  • Conduct office administration work set by management
  • Strong command of Russian and English
  • Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
  • High learning ability
  • Multi-tasking
  • Ability to work in all main Microsoft Office programs
  • High printing speed
  • The ability to conduct office work and maintain the correspondence
