MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Claims Resolution:

Address and investigate customer claims received from the support team.

Conduct in-depth analysis of lost transactions, unexpected deductions, and double charges.

Initiate refunds when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Transaction History Analysis:
Traffic Analysis and Partner KPIs:

Perform daily traffic analysis to track partner key performance indicators (KPIs).
-
Monitor transaction volumes, approval rates, and sort errors to enhance channel efficiency.
Communication with PSPs:
-
Liaise with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) regarding metrics, ad-hoc issues, and customer claims resolution.

Ensure effective communication for swift issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Chargeback Support:
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience in a similar role within a fintech or online gambling environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from transaction data.

Familiarity with payment processing, chargebacks, and KYC procedures.

Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners effectively.

Good knowledge of verbal/written English, Russian language.
