An established travel agency with offices in Limassol are looking for a Russian Speaking Travel Agent to join their international team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in the travel industry and be fluent in both Russian and English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Flight booking manager, with mandatory knowledge of flight booking systems

Manager for the development of individual tours around the world

Working with VIP clients and working with corporate clients

Managing clients with exceptional customer service skills
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A minimum of 3 years experience in the travel industry

Excellent verbal and written communicational skill in English and Russian Languages

Basic computer and typing skills
-
Organizational skills and ability to build relationship of trust with the clients.

Pleasant personality and communication skills
-
Knowledge of the Galileo system will be considered a great advantage

This is an office based role working from 9:00 until 18:00
