GRS Recruitment is working on behalf of our client, a leading international iGaming organisation, to recruit a Safer Gambling & AML Analyst. As a Safer Gambling & AML Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing customer interactions, applying regulatory requirements, and making informed decisions that balance customer protection with business needs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct Safer Gambling customer interactions via live chat in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Assess customer behaviour and respond appropriately during sensitive conversations, recognising when situations require escalation.

Apply jurisdiction-specific Safer Gambling and AML procedures accurately and consistently.

Review customer accounts and relevant information using multiple internal systems.

Make informed decisions based on available information while recognising when further guidance is required.

Maintain clear, accurate, and detailed case records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

Adapt to new processes, regulatory changes, and operational requirements as they arise.

Collaborate closely with Compliance, Customer Operations, Payments, and other internal departments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience within AML, Responsible Gambling, Compliance, or Back Office Operations would be advantageous but is not essential.

A degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field would be beneficial but is not required.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Confident decision-maker with the ability to interpret policies, procedures, and available information effectively.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and procedures may evolve.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00
