The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing French-speaking clients, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving engagement. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES 
  • Actively engage with existing clients in the French-speaking market via phone, email, and live chat to encourage continued trading activity.
  • Build rapport and trust with clients by understanding their trading habits, goals, and concerns.
  • Identify potential reasons for client inactivity and proactively address objections or dissatisfaction.
  • Educate clients on the company’s products, platforms, and market opportunities to enhance their trading experience.
  • Provide personalized trading support and promote relevant trading tools and promotions.
  • Work closely with the sales, compliance, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Meet or exceed retention KPIs, including revenue targets, reactivation goals, and trading volume benchmarks.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions and ensure CRM is up to date.
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proven experience in Forex, CFD, or financial markets, ideally in a sales or retention role.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of trading platforms (MT5) and financial market instruments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
