A long-standing company operating in the Construction and Engineering industry with offices in Limassol is working in partnership with GRS to hire a Sales Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to the sales team of the company’s Trading Department. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation sales offer presentations

Ordering samples and display items for showroom

Management of Price lists in the system and continuous updating of sales prices for the department's products.

Management of showroom pricing

Coordination and management of deliveries according to the schedule, in support of the Department Director/ Business Development Manager

Preparation of quotations and offers exclusively for the Department Director
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Higher education with a relevant degree
-
Fluency in English and Greek, both written and verbal.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Knowledge of SAP System will be considered an advantage.

SALARY & BENEFITS

€22,100 - 26,000 Gross Per Annum

Working hours: Monday-Friday: 08:00-13:00 and 15:00-18:00 (2 hours off per week) or until 17:00 with a shorter break (flexibility for 38 hours per week).
