A long-standing company operating in the Construction-Engineering Industry is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Sales Administrator for their offices in Limassol. The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to the sales team of the company contributing to the company’s legacy of excellence. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare quotations for the Trading Department
  • Create item codes and insert them to the company’s system (SAP), as well as keeping the products’ selling prices up to date in the systems.
  • Prepare the product presentations.
  • Perform any ad-hoc task requested by the sales team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluent in English and Greek, both written and verbal. Fluency in Russian will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP System will be an advantage.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills

COMPANY BENEFITS
  • 13th salary
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-13:00 and 15:00-18:00.
