On behalf of our Client, a well-established and fast growing property development company, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Sales & Client Relations Executive to be based in Limassol. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Sales & Client Relations Executive role in Limassol.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage incoming sales enquiries and leads, both directly and through real estate agents, and schedule follow-ups
  • Organise and conduct property viewings for prospective clients
  • Present developments, layouts, specifications, pricing, and availability to prospective clients and real estate agents
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, respond to enquiries, and provide updates on new launches, availability, and pricing
  • Update property listings, availability schedules, price lists, and marketing materials for active developments across various platforms
Client Relations & After-Sales
  • Act as a main point of contact for clients after reservation or sale and during construction
  • Maintain regular and professional communication with clients and manage expectations regarding processes and timelines
  • Coordinate client requests, upgrades, and variations with internal teams
  • Provide clients with updates on construction progress, delivery timelines, and relevant milestones
  • Support handovers, snagging processes, and post-delivery queries
Coordination & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales status, and follow-up reports
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, sales pipelines, and client databases
  • Prepare periodic sales, enquiry, and availability reports for management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in real estate sales, property development
  • Good understanding of the residential property sales process
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
