Over 15 years of combined experience in the online brokerage industry, our client integrates business and technology to help companies reimagine their operations through a creative business framework, are currently seeking to recruit a Sales and Retention Manager for their newly established team in Limassol. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Retaining and developing existing retail and professional client base.
  • Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Providing client training where necessary.
  • Meeting monthly individual and team goals.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures and client communication guidelines.
  • Staying up to date with market news and developments in the Forex industry.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Attending FX and CFD industry trade shows, expos and networking events to generate new business.
  • Implementing strategies to increase sales, build strong client relationships, and ensure the company's long-term success in the B2C market.
  • Analyzing FX and CFD industry news and market conditions to keep clients up to date.
  •  Maintaining up to date CRM records and files.
  •  Cross selling related services of our sister companies within the group (EMI, technology and Crypto).
  •  Performing any other related duties as requested by the Direct Supervisor or the Management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • Proven experience as a Sales, Retention or Account Manager in a similar B2C role.
  • Strong FX and CFD industry knowledge.
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
  •  Other languages would be an advantage.
  •  Strong understanding of B2C retention and sales processes and strategies.
  •   Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
