A fast-growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company with offices globally, are working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Sales Associate on a fully remote basis in Cyprus. The successful candidate will be part of the growing Sales team and will play a key role in representing the face of the company to all newcomers to the company’s platform. They will also largely contribute to shaping their first impressions of the company as the first point of contact.   • Be a Product Pro. Help new free company app account users with any type of inquiry they contact you about (pricing, features, and functionalities etc.) and be the host of quick walkthroughs of the company’s Platform.
  • Master Task Delegator. Reply to emails, tickets, online chat and call back prospects on demand. Redirect on occasions some potential paid customers to a Sales Account Executives, forward existing paid customers' requests to the Customer Success team or escalate a technical support issue to the Tech Support team, as seen fit.
  • Subtle qualifier. Prospects will get back to you in search of answers and your job will be to dig into their profile and real needs around digital signage before you either handle them yourself or forward them to a Sales Account Executives.
  • Team Cohesion keeper. Take clear and thorough notes of all prospect and customer-related activities through our CRM platform (HubSpot).
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in any other language will be considered an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in sales, account management or customer service, ideally in a SaaS company.
  • Excellent communications skills. Be a constructive communicator.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and natural problem-solver.
  • Fast learner and always curious to absorb more knowledge in a fast-growing industry and a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a good understanding and love for tech products.
  • Be flexible work schedule. Communicating with people all over the world means contacting them in different time zones to Cyprus. Adjust your work schedule based on your own judgement.
