A leading group of companies within the automotive and property sector is searching for Sales Executive to join their team in Malta. In this role you will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles, vehicle bodies, cooling units, tail lifts, and other accessories to potential customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing information, guiding customers through the sales process, reinforcing the customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the dealership. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.
  • Understand customers’ automotive needs and preferences through effective communication.
  • Conduct product presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle features.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about vehicles and pricing.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities and leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with other sales-related tasks within the department.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Experience in automotive sales or a related field will be regarded as an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic use of Microsoft Office software.
  • Fluent in Maltese and English languages.
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and technologies.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
