Our client is a leading provider of a premium Accounting and ERP Operating System, designed for the Cyprus business environment and leveraging AI to automate accounting data entry and reconciliations. The platform has been recognised in the International Chamber of Commerce Report on AI as an example of innovative AI technology. As the client’s customer base continues to grow, we are seeking a Sales Lead to join the team supporting clients and promoting the platform across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role where you will be empowered to improve processes, collaborate across teams, and contribute directly to the platform’s success.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the sales administration function for the platform.
- Present the system to prospective clients and support them through onboarding and trial processes.
- Organise and participate in client promotions and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience and sales processes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in systems/IT, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and conduct.
- Ability to work efficiently in a cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, leveraging data to make informed decisions.
