Our client, a well-established private financial services company based in Limassol, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Limassol Municipality. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in key markets, with a focus on promoting the company's corporate banking, multi-currency, and online payment solutions. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. The role involves leading pipeline management, preparing proposals and commercial offers, conducting product demos, and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams to align client needs with company offerings. The Sales Manager will also track sales performance against targets, provide accurate forecasting and reporting, and represent the company at events, meetings, and industry gatherings. 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in key markets, with a focus on promoting iledgends’ corporate banking, multi-currency, and online payment solutions.
  • Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • The role involves leading pipeline management, preparing proposals and commercial offers, conducting product demos, and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams to align client needs with company offerings.
  • The Sales Manager will also track sales performance against targets, provide accurate forecasting and reporting, and represent the company at events, meetings, and industry gatherings.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals across multiple markets or regions.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and deliver compelling product presentations and demos.
  • Comfort working with digital banking, payments, or trading solutions, and the ability to quickly understand and explain complex financial products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools and sales reporting to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborative working style, able to partner effectively with marketing, product, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and client focus, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Existing right to work in Cyprus and availability to work on-site in Limassol Municipality.
