On behalf of our client, a start-up company based in Limassol, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager. This company offers a B2B service and is a platform aggregator within the iGaming industry. The successful candidate will take ownership of the entire sales process. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement sales strategy: Understand market trends, compliance regulations, and competitive landscape to design effective sales plans.
  • Full sales cycle management: Handle everything from identifying leads to closing deals, including creating proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts.
  • Client consultation: Research and understand prospective clients’ business needs to recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Sales pipeline management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate documentation and status updates.
  • Proposal and presentation delivery: Prepare and deliver professional, polished presentations and proposals; respond promptly to RFPs and client queries.
  • Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery and alignment with business development goals.
  • Revenue forecasting: Provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Industry knowledge and networking: Stay updated on industry trends, represent the company at relevant events, and maximize networking opportunities to build key partnerships.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the online gaming industry.
  • Proven track record in negotiation and building strategic partnerships.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Russian language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong experience in preparing commercial proposals and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with a well-established network in the iGaming industry.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to attend industry events and meet clients.
