An international iGaming company is searching for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Malta where you will work remotely. You will focus on building relationships for their game development studio and be responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers. The ideal candidate will be happy to work remotely and have at least 3 years’ experience within the Gaming sector in a sales role. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies for attracting potential clients and expanding the company’s portfolio.
  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the iGaming industry to expand the company’s market presence and revenue streams.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to pinpoint areas of growth and emerging markets.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads within the iGaming sector.
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies for attracting potential clients and expanding the company’s portfolio.
  • Cultivate long-term, trusting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, regularly checking in to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Develop strategies for retaining clients and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify new needs, and strengthen the partnership.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service, legal, and operations) to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales initiatives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A minimum of 3 years in a sales role, with proven success in the iGaming industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets in competitive markets.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and partners.
  • Deep understanding of operators and the iGaming landscape
