Over 15 years of combined experience in the online brokerage industry, our client integrates business and technology to help companies reimagine their operations through a creative business framework, are currently seeking to recruit a Sales Manager for their newly established team in Limassol. You will be a part of the team focusing on promoting our Multi-Asset & Multi-Jurisdictional Liquidity Solutions, Trading Platform Solutions and white label solutions for FX Brokers and Prop Firms. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Prospecting for new clients in Cyprus and internationally.
  • Building and developing your own book of business.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Promoting the company’s liquidity, trading platforms and white label solutions.
  • Attending FX and CFD industry trade shows, expos and networking events to find new business.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiating favorable terms with new clients.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, build strong client relationships, and ensure the company's long-term success in the B2B market.
  • Analyzing industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform business strategies.
  • Maintaining up to date CRM records and files.
  • Cross selling related services of our sister companies within the group
  • Performing any other related duties as requested by the Direct Supervisor or the Management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar B2B sales role.
  • Strong FX and CFD industry knowledge.
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
  • Other languages would be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
