GRS Recruitment is working with a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing services firm serving global clients based in Limassol and are recruiting for a SAP S/4HANA Consultant Financial, Sales, Purchasing to join their dynamic team. As an SAP S/4HANA Consultant, you will facilitate and support the SAP S/4HANA solution to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance. This role involves comprehending the customers' requirements and objectives, ensuring clear and transparent communication, hands-on configuration of the S/4HANA system, and guiding the IT transformation process. The successful candidate will need to maintain frequent contact with customers and serve as their primary point of contact. As the SAP expert for the customer, you will adeptly address their functional questions and effectively direct their more technical inquiries to the appropriate channels. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go-Live of customer SAP S/4HANA implementation projects

Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and explore workshops, and meetings with internal and external Customers

Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes.

As part of the SAP S/4HANA project implementation, you will be involved in activities related to design, documentation, hands-on configuration, migration, testing, and training

Assist in the coordination and consolidation of issue handling, analyzing, and tracking
-
Design and implement changes in the system that aim to enhance the client’s existing business processes and overall performance
-
Maintain awareness of current trends with a focus on product and service development as well as the application of SAP S/4HANA solution

Prepare training documentation and deliver SAP S/4HANA training sessions to customers’ project members
-
Support the pre-sales activities for new clients or product updates for existing clients by preparing, contributing, and participating in sales presentations and proposals

Provide support, including researching and resolving functional system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet client’s requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Completed Bachelor or Masters education, e.g. Business Economics, Accounting & Finance, Computer Science, Information Management, or Business Administration

Knowledge of SAP Technologies; ERP, Business Intelligence systems, Accounting, or other Business Software will be considered an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
