GRS Recruitment is working with a leading logistics and freight forwarding organisation in Limassol that is seeking to recruit an experienced Seafreight Import Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a logistics professional to join a well-established company and lead the day-to-day operations of its import department.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the daily operations of the Seafreight Import department.

Coordinate the efficient movement of import shipments from origin to final delivery.

Liaise with customers, shipping lines, agents, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor incoming cargo, resolve operational issues, and ensure excellent customer service.

Prepare quotations, oversee billing, and ensure pricing accuracy.

Monitor departmental performance, profitability, and compliance with company procedures.

Support business development by maintaining strong relationships with customers and industry partners.

Lead, motivate, and support the import team to achieve operational excellence.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within freight forwarding or logistics.

Strong knowledge of seafreight import operations.
-
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
-
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage customer relationships.

Strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills.
-
University degree will be considered an advantage.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€29,000 - €36,000 Gross Per Annum.

Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
