MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Support the daily operations of the office.
- Manage phone calls, correspondence, and emails.
- Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain records and ensure accurate data entry.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- High school diploma or Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good command of the English language.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Creativity and basic graphic design skills (e.g., creating simple promotional materials such as flyers, brochures).
- Experience in managing and creating content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
