The successful candidate will manage relationships with the customer and help co-ordinate the team to help maximize the services available. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication in all day-to-day interactions

Manage the execution of marketing initiatives such as PR campaigns and email marketing, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including content, design, and strategy, to ensure deliverables meet both client expectations and agency standards

Work with clients to define project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed within scope, budget, and time constraints

Identify and address any issues or roadblocks during project execution, resolving them quickly while keeping clients informed of progress and necessary changes

Explore opportunities to expand business with existing clients by identifying upselling and cross-selling possibilities and communicating these to your manager

Prepare and present detailed project status reports, providing transparency on key milestones and progress to clients and management

Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns, delivering exceptional service, and finding additional ways to enhance the client's business
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Ideally educated to bachelor degree level or the equivalent in marketing, communications, or a related field

Previous experience in account management

Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently, with a strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and trust with both clients and internal teams

Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of thinking strategically and creatively to overcome client challenges

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Familiarity with marketing and advertising technologies, such as CRM systems, marketing automation, and social media platforms
