As a Senior Client Onboarding Executive, you will take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process for institutional and corporate clients across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with Compliance, Sales, and Client Success teams, you will ensure new clients are onboarded efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to global regulatory standards. You will also act as a mentor to junior team members, helping to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the onboarding function.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle for corporate, institutional, and high-value clients.

Perform comprehensive KYC, KYB, AML, and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews on complex ownership structures, including funds, trusts, charities, and multinational corporate entities.

Analyse ownership structures, source of wealth, and source of funds documentation in accordance with FCA, MiFID, AMLD, and international regulatory requirements.

Deliver an exceptional client onboarding experience while maintaining the highest compliance standards.

Identify and escalate high-risk clients and complex cases to the Compliance team.

Build strong relationships with institutional clients, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the onboarding process.

Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless client journey.

Mentor and support junior members of the onboarding team, sharing knowledge and best practice.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is audit-ready at all times.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to projects focused on enhancing onboarding processes and implementing new technology solutions.

Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing client onboarding practices and leveraging new technology solutions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Solid experience within Institutional Client Onboarding, KYC, AML, Compliance, or Financial Crime in a regulated financial services environment.

Strong experience conducting KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence on complex corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions.

Excellent knowledge of AML, KYC, KYB, Financial Crime, and international regulatory frameworks.

Experience working with institutional or corporate financial services clients.

Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Experience using KYC/AML platforms such as Trulioo, ComplyAdvantage, or similar solutions would be advantageous.

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

Professional compliance qualifications such as ICA, CAMS, or CFE would be considered an advantage.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€50,000 - €60,000 Gross Per Annum
