MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and manage the accounting team, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.

Handle funding activities, including the processing of bank wires, payment disbursements to clients and providers, and maintaining liquidity within the firm.

Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and processes to optimize financial efficiency and mitigate risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and adherence to company policies.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts to support business decisions.

Provide strategic financial insights to support company growth and profitability initiatives.

Ensure all regulatory filings and reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum of [5/7/10] years of experience in financial control or accounting roles within the forex industry.

Proven experience in an accounting team at a brokerage firm, with a solid understanding of brokerage operations and financial regulations.

Proficiency in processing bank wires, payment reconciliations, and funding activities.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience in financial reporting and budgeting.

Ambitious, trustworthy, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.
