To be successful in this role you will need to have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role working with client accounts in CSP’s and be familiar with corporate legal aspects and handling of client accounts. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing a portfolio of clients and handling client requests in a timely manner.

Incorporate and manage corporate entities

Dealing with client enquiries from A-Z and propose solutions.

Organizing and carrying out and document board of directors and shareholder meetings
-
Ensuring that client companies fulfil all their obligations in terms of the companies Act and Fiscal laws.

Monitoring and executing transactions of the managed entities
-
Supervising, training and mentoring junior members of the corporate team.

Performing general corporate administration duties and assisting with compliance matters.

Liaise with regulators on compliance-related matters and ensure all reports are submitted promptly and accurately to them.

Maintain the corporate files.

Maintaining an open dialogue of communication with clients on a regular basis and keeping clients informed on any new relevant developments within their industry.

Assistance with the setting up of new companies, preparation, and submission of statutory filings.

Liaising and corresponding with lawyers, accountants, and auditors on behalf of clients.

Communicating with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
3-5 years experience in a similar position within a CSP.
-
Good working knowledge of Company Law and local corporate matters.

Organized and thrive on challenges such as meeting deadlines, managing multiple tasks, people, and clients.

Be a ‘people’s person’ with the ability to train and lead others

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders

Being on top of policy changes both internal and external with the ability to implement changes as necessary.
