Our client a provider of a range of professional services that are tailored to clients’ needs by providing complete corporate and professional solutions to start-up businesses setting up or relocating to Malta are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Corporate Executive for their Malta-based office.   • Managing a portfolio of clients and handling client requests in a timely manner.
  • Incorporate and manage corporate entities
  • Dealing with client enquiries from A-Z and propose solutions.
  • Organizing and carrying out and document board of directors and shareholder meetings
  • Ensuring that client companies fulfil all their obligations in terms of the companies Act and Fiscal laws.
  • Monitoring and executing transactions of the managed entities
  • Supervising, training and mentoring junior members of the corporate team.
  • Performing general corporate administration duties and assisting with compliance matters.
  • Liaise with regulators on compliance-related matters and ensure all reports are submitted promptly and accurately to them.
  • Maintain the corporate files.
  • Maintaining an open dialogue of communication with clients on a regular basis and keeping clients informed on any new relevant developments within their industry.
  • Assistance with the setting up of new companies, preparation, and submission of statutory filings.
  • Liaising and corresponding with lawyers, accountants, and auditors on behalf of clients.
  • Communicating with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities.
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar position within a CSP.
  • Good working knowledge of Company Law and local corporate matters.
  • Organized and thrive on challenges such as meeting deadlines, managing multiple tasks, people, and clients.
  • Be a ‘people’s person’ with the ability to train and lead others
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders
  • Being on top of policy changes both internal and external with the ability to implement changes as necessary.
