MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, develop, activate, and grow relationships with firms and financial services companies for referrals.

Responsible for implementing and conducting all aspects of the business development and sales process.

Ultimately responsible for achieving assigned objectives according to individual and group targets.

Lead a team of lawyers, client relationship managers and administrative staff.

Attend conferences and seminars both locally and abroad whilst keeping up with industry trends

Lead the product development
-
Identify and communicate any products, sales opportunities and improvements or suggestions to the Board.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Corporate lawyer of a senior position
-
Excellent knowledge of Cyprus Company Law
-
Excellent knowledge of Cyprus Corporate Law
-
Involved in corporate matters and dealing with the administrative aspects of Cyprus and foreign companies.

Reviewing and drafting of legal agreements and documents.
-
Company incorporation, corporate governance, reorganisations and restructurings.

Commercial awareness and business perspective
-
Fluent in English and Greek, both written and oral
-
Very good organisational and administration skills
-
An agreeable and pleasant personality
-
Computer literate
-
Capable of working on own initiative and together with an enthusiastic team.
