DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft, review & negotiate contracts (including M&A, joint ventures, partnerships, financing agreements)

Advise on corporate governance and internal policies to mitigate legal risk

Conduct in-depth legal research and stay current on evolving regulatory requirements
-
Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders (regulators, industry bodies) to deliver tailored advice
-
Provide strategic representation in banking, finance, and other transactions
-
Help coordinate due-diligence exercises and maintain data rooms
-
Support preparation of corporate resolutions, board minutes and share register updates

Conduct legal research on Cyprus and EU corporate and commercial law questions
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Academic qualifications: Law degree (holding any further qualification such as the LPC will be considered an advantage).

Professional qualification: Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Experience: At least 3 years post-qualification transactional experience.

Strong drafting and analytical skills

Able to juggle multiple small projects with attention to detail

Excellent communication in English and Greek, both written and spoken

Proactive, client-service mindset and willingness to learn
