GRS Recruitment are looking for a Senior EPM System Analyst to join our clients growing Digitalization and Business Applications team in Limassol! As a Senior EPM Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in developing, configuring, and supporting the platform for a diverse group of global stakeholders. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

System Configuration: Customize and enhance modules for consolidation, budgeting, and business planning based on stakeholder requests.

Solution Design & Architecture: Work closely with key users to shape solution designs, evaluate system architecture, and support roadmap development and BI analytics.

Report & Dashboard Development: Build and optimize reports and dashboards in the platform to ensure users have real-time insights at their fingertips.

System Support & Issue Resolution: Provide top-notch support to EPM users, coordinate with implementation partners for issue resolution, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) with the finance team.

Documentation Creation: Develop clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements and system guides, to support continuous improvement
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education: A degree in IT/Computer Science with exposure to finance/accounting, or a degree in Finance/Accounting/Mathematics with a technology focus.

Experience: Background in financial/accounting/banking systems implementation or support.

Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL or any programming language, and a strong interest in blending IT with finance.

Time Management: Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to balance multiple tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with related tools such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, LucaNet, MS D365, etc.

Hands-on experience with OneStream.

Knowledge of .NET platform (VBA, C#) and MS Excel macros. Proficiency with BI tools like MS Power BI or Tableau.
