GRS Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organisation to hire a Senior ERP Consultant specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in Limassol. In this role, you will take a leading position in the design and implementation of tailored ERP solutions for the Group’s core financial systems. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across global offices, ensuring diverse business requirements are aligned with best-in-class technology solutions. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Engage with business owners to understand processes, challenges, and local requirements related to finance and operations. Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions.
  • Solution Design & Configuration: Design and configure Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, including modules, entities, and workflows, to meet business needs.
  • System Implementation & Deployment: Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integrations and custom developments. Lead or contribute to system implementation, including data migration, system integration, and user training.
  • Testing, Troubleshooting & Support: Coordinate testing phases, resolve system issues, and support go-live activities in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Training & Continuous Improvement: Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing ongoing support and user training while driving continuous improvements aligned with evolving technologies, including AI-driven solutions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, Business Central, or similar advanced accounting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes; experience in the ship management industry will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent consulting and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, understand requirements, and present effective solutions.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Solid technical understanding, including experience with data migration tools; development knowledge is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying improvements and leveraging emerging technologies.
