MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Lead complex analysis independently and collaborate with team members
- Develop advanced financial and economic models for project evaluation
- Analyse regulatory and policy changes and their implications for clients
- Draft full reports and ensure clarity and accuracy of findings
- Conduct in-depth market and sector studies, including forecasting
- Data Collection and Interpretation
- Prepare Engagement Reports
- Assist in Cost-Benefit Analyses
- Ensure deliverables meet high technical standards
- Respond to technical queries and explain methodologies when required
- Provide data-driven insights for proposals and procurement initiatives
- Provide advisory support on public procurement processes, including procurement strategies, tender documentation, evaluation methodologies and compliance
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Monitoring policy developments, regulatory updates and funding programme requirements that may affect client projects
- Supporting procurement-related activities, including the review of procurement strategies
- Ensure compliance and accuracy
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Social Policy or Public Policy or related fields
- A minimum of 2-3 years of consulting experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of successful client engagements
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good understanding of public sector operations, EU funding mechanisms and regulatory environments (desirable)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Strong project management and organisational skills
