We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack .NET Software Engineer who is comfortable working across backend and frontend, while taking ownership of system quality, architecture, and delivery. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who: can design and implement robust backend systems, can build and maintain modern frontend interfaces, thinks in systems not just features, helps raise the overall technical standard of the team. You will work closely with the Director of Software Engineering and play an active role in shaping how our systems evolve.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)

Build and maintain modern frontend applications using JavaScript / TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue

Contribute to and apply Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns

Participate in technical decision-making and architectural discussions

Review code and mentor other developers

Ensure performance, security, and maintainability across the stack
-
Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver real value

Support production systems and contribute to long-term system stability
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience
-
5+ years of professional software development experience
-
Experience delivering and maintaining production full-stack systems
-
Comfortable working in agile teams and cross-functional environments
Backend
-
Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs

Solid knowledge of Entity Framework, ORMs, and data access patterns

Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend architectures
Frontend
-
Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
-
Hands-on experience with at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue)

Understanding of component-based UI design and state management
Databases & Infrastructure

Strong SQL knowledge (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows

Cloud experience (Azure preferred) is a strong plus

SALARY AND BENEFITS
