DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

NAV reviews
-
Assisting with any client queries related to the NAV calculation

Liaising with external service providers (investment managers/advisors, auditors, custodians, payment banks) in a professional manner

Assisting in the year-end audit and preparing annual financial statements.

Handling of payments/transfers of fund expenses

Dealing with auditors
-
Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivery

Training, assisting and supporting a team of Fund Accountants
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
In possession of a degree in Accountancy or the ACCA qualification, or a degree in Banking & Finance

A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in the area of fund administration

Knowledge of Bloomberg terminal

Detailed knowledge of financial instruments

Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines

Takes initiative and is able to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent administrative and business support skills, able to multi-task and work calmly under pressure

Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time

Working knowledge of MS Office suite, including Word and Excel
-
Experience on PFS-Paxus will be considered an asset
