MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and cultivate institutional prospects and/or clients
  • Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities
  • Manage institutional clients including White Labels, Introducing Brokers, Funds, Corporate and HNW individuals
  • Leverage relationships with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of newly adopted institutional clients, transition over to the IB trading platform, including investigate and help rectify any potential issues/ bugs that may occur
  • Keep up to date on all technology functionality and upgrades
  • Help educate and train broker and advisor partnerships to understand and keep up to date on all platform advancements, trading functions, and new market and product offering
  • Assist in the on boarding of new clients including contract negotiation, client due diligence, platform implementation and back-office setups
  • Assist in the development and launching of new products.
  • Work closely with IT/ETP teams to integrate and manage clients API setups through to live trading
  • Create and maintain Sales pipelines and management reporting
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Solid experience with the Forex/ Fintech industry
  • Relevant experience in Investment/Wealth Management or Financial Services is preferred.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects and consultants in assigned market segments.
  • Must have excellent sales skills and in-depth product and broad investment knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills required, as well as ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to close business.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • General understanding of the financial markets and investment vehicles.
  • Great understanding of Excel to use reports as a tool to identify areas of growth
