Our client a leading gaming provider with offices in multiple global locations is collaborating with GRS to recruit a Senior iOS Developer to join their IT team on a temporary contract basis in either their Malta or Estonia based offices. The selected candidate must have a good understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines and at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and optimize highly performant mobile experiences on iOS

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
-
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Assist in the establishment and adherence to iOS mobile app development best practices

Develop support for new media experiences in iOS

Design and develop advanced applications for the iOS platform

Be an active advocate of the iOS platform through both internal and external developer communities

Make improvements to the automation framework to make development more efficient
CANDIDATE PROFILE

5+ years’ experience in iOS Development

Effective Communication

Understanding of Apple Application review guidelines

Understanding of Application distribution pipeline

Understanding of Swift Package Manager and Swift Networking and Concurrency

Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
