MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and maintain over 1,400 global workstations (95% Mac / 5% Windows & Linux), on-premises servers (OpenStack/Debian), and a complex network infrastructure (Fortigate/Aruba).

Lead and participate in global rollouts of MDM and IAM solutions, ensuring secure and efficient endpoint management.

Take part in key strategic IT projects including network upgrades, disaster recovery initiatives, and advanced security drills.

Rotate with the internal NSOC (Network & Security Operations Center) team for hands-on experience in cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, and containment.

Troubleshoot, build, and optimize across all aspects of IT operations with a high level of autonomy and ownership.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to get to the root cause.

Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
