DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Legal Advisory

Act as a trusted legal advisor to the Principal and executive team

Provide commercially-focused legal guidance aligned with global investment strategy

Identify and mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risks
International Structuring & Transactions
-
Lead and oversee cross-border investments, corporate structuring, and asset ownership frameworks

Manage M&A, restructuring, and financing transactions
-
Supervise due diligence processes and transactional documentation
-
Coordinate international legal advisors across multiple jurisdictions
Corporate Governance & Compliance

Maintain and enhance corporate governance standards and board-level documentation

Oversee compliance frameworks, including AML, sanctions, and regulatory obligations

Monitor and advise on legislative and regulatory developments impacting the group
Risk & Dispute Management

Develop and implement legal risk assessment frameworks

Advise on dispute prevention strategies

Oversee litigation or arbitration matters in collaboration with external counsel
External Counsel & Stakeholder Management

Select, instruct, and supervise international law firms and advisors

Manage legal budgets and ensure cost efficiency

Act as the central coordination point for internal and external legal stakeholders
Executive Support
CANDIDATE PROFILE

10+ years of international legal experience in a Family Office, private wealth structure, investment group, or top-tier advisory firm

Strong expertise in cross-border structuring, corporate law, and international transactions

Solid understanding of international tax and regulatory frameworks
-
Proven experience managing multi-jurisdictional advisors

Strong commercial mindset and financial literacy

High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality

Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills

Fluent Russian and English (mandatory)

EU Citizenship required

Must be able to relocate out of Cyprus in 2026
