We are seeking a Senior Payments Manager to take ownership of all relationships and operations with payment providers. You’ll ensure smooth, secure, and efficient processing of client deposits, withdrawals, and internal fund movements, while optimizing payment processes, managing risk, and enhancing the overall client experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage relationships with all PSPs and payment partners, negotiating contracts, fees, and SLAs

Monitor PSP performance, uptime, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Ensure deposits, withdrawals, and internal transactions are fast, secure, and reliable

Proactively identify and resolve payment issues, delays, or failures

Analyze rejected transaction rates and implement solutions to reduce them

Prepare monthly reports on PSP performance and transaction flow to optimize operations

Ensure all PSP activities meet KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements

Conduct due diligence on existing and potential payment partners

Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams for seamless transaction processing

Track KPIs including processing speed, error rates, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction

Review and optimize PSP fees to reduce costs without compromising service quality
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
-
3+ years’ experience in payment operations, preferably in forex or financial services
-
Strong knowledge of PSPs, payment gateways, and transaction flows

Understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance
-
Proven negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Leadership experience managing operational or payments teams
