MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Independently manage discretionary portfolios of private clients in accordance with their investment objectives, risk profiles and investment mandates.

Participate in the management of an investment fund following a diversified balanced strategy across global equities and fixed income.

Make asset allocation, portfolio construction and security selection decisions.

Monitor portfolio risks and performance.

Conduct ongoing analysis of global financial markets and investment opportunities.

Prepare and present investment recommendations and portfolio reviews.

Contribute to the development of the firm’s investment process.

Manage relationships with existing UHNW private clients.

Conduct regular portfolio reviews and investment discussions.

Explain market developments, investment strategy, portfolio performance and investment decisions clearly and professionally.

Build long-term relationships with UHNW prospective clients.

Support preparation of investment proposals for prospective clients.

Participate in attracting new clients and new assets under management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management or a related discipline.
- CFA qualification or progress towards CFA would be an advantage.
- Relevant CySEC qualifications would be an advantage.
- Fluent English and Russian is required.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in asset management, fund management, wealth management, private banking or discretionary portfolio management.
- Proven experience managing investment funds and/or private client portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of multiple asset classes, particularly equities and fixed income.
- Practical experience managing diversified investment strategies.
- Experience working directly with private clients, preferably UHNW individuals.
- Experience in client acquisition and investment mandate discussions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish credibility and trust with sophisticated private clients.
- Independent decision-making ability and high level of personal responsibility.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€90,000 – €110,000 Gross Per Annum
