An established and growing pharmaceutical company in Malta, with operations worldwide, is working with GRS Recruitment Malta to recruit a Senior Quality Systems Specialist / Responsible Person to strengthen their Quality Systems & Compliance section within the Quality Department. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Acting as a key stakeholder involving the management and execution of assigned Quality System processes and/or programs such as change control, internal audit programs, LIMS administration, vendor & supplier qualification, and other QS related accountabilities;

Performing a pivotal interface for client and authority inspections, preparedness, readiness and post-audit follow-ups;

Propose and spearheading Key Initiatives as part of continuous improvement initiatives;

Leading and supporting specific topics;

Representing the Quality Systems in Project Leadership Teams on new product introduction;

Acting as a backup to the Responsible Person.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A pharmacy degree or a tertiary level of education in life sciences or a related field

Preferably with 2-3 years of previous related experience in quality and/or systems within the pharmaceutical sector;

Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English are essential;

Analyzing and troubleshooting problems, identifying solutions, recommending and implementing methods, procedures and/or techniques for resolution;

Attention to detail is critical, with the ability to work independently and part of a team.
