A fast growing, international company which brings technology solutions to the automotive industry with offices in Nicosia is looking for a Senior Sales Executive.  This role can be done fully remotely from any city in Cyprus.  The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ sales experience ideally in the automotive or digital marketing industries with an excellent sales record and be able to work completely remotely.  If you believe that you would be suitable for this role, then we will be looking forward to receiving your CV for this Senior Sales Executive role!  
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Highly motivated and able to take initiatives and work independently when required.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our client base.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Have experience in the automotive and/or digital marketing spaces.
  • Lead and motivate teams of Sales Representatives to develop customer relations, increase market share and sales revenue.
  • Design programs to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee sales team recruitment and creating training programs.
  • Understand and communicate the organization's value propositions and processes through proposals and presentations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in a business-related degree or computer science, mathematics or an analytical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 plus years sales experience ideally in the automotive or digital marketing industries.
  • Able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, plus a high level of proficiency in either German, French, Spanish or Italian.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe.
  • Be able to work effectively from a home office.
